A Pathetic Day at Brentford Away
I would like to apologise to all those who read my previous article in terms of saying that Manchester United would finish in the top 4 ahead of the Likes of Arsenal and Spurs, I do not believe in reactionary responses, like I said last season it is a long season, however this Manchester United team is just lifeless and appalling.
Now first of all, how on earth do you compete for the Europa League when you don't even have a team that shows the slightest bit of desire to fight for 3 points? The bare minimum of a professional footballer, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAY FOR MANCHESTER UNITED, should be to to work hard. Roy Keane worked harder than anyone on the field which would set the tone for the whole team, he was a real leader a great captain, meanwhile our current captain couldn't lead Michael Bay to an explosion, he couldn't lead John Terry to his teammate's wife, he couldn't lead Ryan Giggs to his brother's... the point is he can't lead the team, I would trust the direction of Roranora Zoro than Harold Maguire, but this result wasn't even his fault. David De Gea my word, I thought we were dome with this nonsense man? A professional on 350k a week should not be conceding such but given his season last time out I shall forgive this anomaly just this once.
That midfield is abysmal, Erikson went from a false 9 to a 6 which is a travesty in and of itself but he showed little to no strength nor ability to be in the middle of the park running the game (De Gea isn't completely at fault for the second goal, Erisken came out and presented himself to receive it) he was completely lost and he should have made more of the chances he got to score, Fred showed the composure on the ball of a donkey kong when you try to steal one of his bananas, Bruno hasn't seemed interested in playing football since he got a new contract, McTominay came on and you can use the same donkey Kong reference, except now he's wearing roller skates. Somehow someway Donny and Garner aren't getting matches and minutes but yet we have this circus show going on every week, it's almost as if there's a running bet of the manager to get something out of these players wins the lottery, they didn't deserve another chance and you can't go anywhere with this squad.
Perhaps this is just a ranting session and my feelings will have changed after cooling down, but we sit with no points and a goal difference if -5 and our next signing is set to be Adrian Rabiot, Dinho wept
